Nerdarchist Ted and I set out to create magic item for 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons based off a visual D&D story Idea he had. Instead I think we created two new magic item concepts and a cursed magic item idea as well. We delve into mythology, fantasy and horror stories, and the 5E D&D Dungeon Masters Guide to help flesh out the concept for a magic item with the Headless Helm that could be plopped into D&D campaign or world.
