Here's how to kill Mad Mike hard and fast by camping near his spawn point and then using a Deception/Fire Burst grenade combo on him when he appears. In this video, I take a beating from one of his suicide psychos but the strategy is still solid (tested it several times) and it takes Mad Mike down before he has a chance to start using his deadly rocket launcher on you.
