I had serious issues to get my ECHOcast extension to work on twitch livestream. Worked around 2 days by installing, deinstalling, linking and unlinking accounts. But i finally figured the issue out.

Its the game language settings! My game was german - and now i switched it to ENGLISH via command line parameter in the epic launcher. Go to your settings (bottom left), scroll down to Borderlands 3, and ADD -language=en to the starting parameter.

This way, Echocast and Borderlands 3 can communicate togeter - GERMAN DOESNT WORK!
