Look & aim with your eye tracker via Mill Mouse and perform actions through eye blinks and gazing at transparent boxes via Project Iris. Use speech recognition with VoiceAttack for pressing some other keys, yes you could shoot that way but if you set it up in a smart way so you can tatatata the gun by saying a short command. But I used Google Gameface which uses your webcam and let's you mouse click or press keys by for example opening your mouth, which I used for shooting. I used two physical switches for strafing left/right, keep both simultaneously pressed and thanks to an Autohotkey script you go forward. But you can go forward by blinking thanks to Project Iris as well.

It's a bit tricky but once setup you can use this approach for many games. I'd avoid games with a lot of key binds, Borderlands 3 has much fewer compared to Cyberpunk 2077 and Read Dead Redemption 2 for example.
