Play completely hands free with Tobii 4C / Eye tracker 5. Use free software like Mill Mouse or Gazepoint to control the cursor directly. Mill Mouse have much smoother mouse pointer than Gazepoint wich is a little jittery. Mill Mouse is full of features and can be adjusted much more. While you can make it very simple with just a few features available Gazepoint is very simple out of the box. A few point and click games, especially older ones, doesn't go well with Mill Mouse. On the other hand Mill Mouse is the only eye tracking software I've come across that can control camera movements in 3D games smoothly - all other have been completely useless with the camera jumping around all over the place yet constrained in it's movements. I think you, like me, will come to prefer Mill Mouse whenever you can choose ( which is most cases except for a few point and clickers).

Instead of dwell to click you can use your voice if you install Voiceattack or use a physical switch. You can also click with facial expressions if you use Google Gameface or KinesicMouse Live.
