First you need to go where you installed the game,... default for me was;

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Borderlands3\OakGame\Content\Movies

From there you can do one of two things. You can DELETE 2KLOGO.MP4, AMDLOGO.MP4, GBXLOGO.MP4 AND MARCUS_INTRO.MP4,... or you can do what I did and created a backup (in case of failure) and just added -old to the end of the filename (thus making the game not able to find it, since it searches for the exact name of the file).



From there you won't have any intro cutscenes and you won't have to hear the vault hunter story when making new characters again. (fun fact,.... the subtitles for Marcus still tries to play, but will fade away when the game intro starts).

So far, I haven't found a way to skip the game intro,.... but I'll keep looking
