This is some gameplay footage made using more arcade style controls than the default mouse and keyboard config common for most games. There was an actual Half Life 2: Survivor arcade cabinet in Japan that used 2 joysticks for its input system; basically take elements from that but replace one of the sticks with a mouse and you've got my control scheme.

I use a Thrustmaster T16000M flight stick and a Logitech G502 mouse
