UPDATE: After a week it seems like the bug is fixed, at least on our second playthrough.

During the quest "A New Direction," there's a bit where you have to damage a jump pad's power regulator in order to super jump your way to the second level. You have to do it within a certain timeframe, otherwise you're trapped on the 1st floor and have to restart. We waited around for 10 minutes but the box didn't respawn after destruction. This video comes from the PS3 version.

This is either a bug or bad game design.
