In this playthrough you should get 9/10 achievements. The 10th achievement is expected to be glitched. For collectibles, you will get all discs, 5 memories, and 6 tapes(expected glitched achievement). There are also misc achievements that are all unlocked along the way. I will attempt to add timestamps as I had to do backtracking at different points while looking for collectibles but isn't necessary to finish the game.
