BOSS FIGHT!!! - Resident Evil 7, Not A Hero DLC Playthrough: Part 3 (PC/Let's Play)

We need to get our marine chum out of this laser mine room, preferably without the horrible fiery death of last episode, but how?! Turns out it's all kind of misleading, you get to your friend first, but you have to leave him and continue round the room til you find a power switch then come back for him. Shockingly he's alive! His name's Marquez and he seems friendly and cheerful. Chris and Marquez leave the room together, then Lucas blows of Marquez's head!!! :'( As well as that, the bomb on Chris's arm is now activated on a ten minute timer!!
After Marquez death we're alone but command suggests using nearby canisters of liquid nitrogen to freeze the bomb and remove it, it just might work! The canisters are down the red tunnel again, past the clown door we saw at the start. It seems like Lucas expected us to try something like this though. As Chris heads for the canisters a pile of crates block his path and a huge monster apparently called "Mama Molded" appears. We're so dead!! O_O
It's a boss fight, so it's very hard to kill and very easy to die to but RAMRODs seems to have an effect. It can spawn the little crabby things, vomit and charge all over the place at speeds we can't outrun so the only way to fight it is to use the construction machinery as cover. Incendiary grenades seem to do good damage, thankfully we have a pile of them as we're still against the clock. After getting splattered a few times Chris kills it, gets to the liquid nitrogen and removes the bomb. Now we're clear to go after Lucas!
Back in the central cavern area we can now use our clown key on the console. This activates the Shield Machine, the thing that looks like a Fallout Vault door. Not entirely sure what it is but we can get inside now. Unfortunately Lucas has turned the entire entrance into an impassable death trap of ends zombies that then sets on fire and explodes, this is going to be fun to get past o_O
