15Danger Mouse is a puzzle game where you control Danger Mouse and Penfold to solve puzzles. You flip switches, push buttons, climb vents, there is variety in puzzles. The controls are okay, but the game is slow. Very slow. Moving feels slow. And it drags down an otherwise okay puzzle game. And for fans of the cartoons, its an okay tie-in material.
Danger Mouse: Penfold’s Peril is a nightmare, because the controls are trash. If you press a direction key, Danger Mouse will start running and if you release the button he’ll keep running, unless you press the opposite directional key. The controls are unresponsive, which makes jumping over obstacles difficult. Also if you hit an obstacle you lose a life and have to start the level from the beginning. The game is torture. I recommend you to avoid it if you want to keep your mental sanity.
