Boxman Begins gameplay tries to stand out from the indie arena FPS crows by offering a bunch of weird game modes instead of straightforward deathmatches.
In this Boxman Begins gameplay alpha demo you get two unusual game modes to try out, with King being a capture-the-briefcase style mode where you need to have the crown when the timer runs out, and Pass the Bullet, a more tactical mode where there's only one bullet in play at any one time.
Our Boxman Begins gameplay video shows off both modes, the different character classes you can use and examines how the melee attack may be a little overpowered!
Future Boxman Begins game modes include Giant Slayer, where the more people you kill, the bigger and harder to kill you become.
