A collection of every unique fail scene from ReadySoft's 1996 FMV game Brain Dead 13.

If you've been itching to see just how many ways poor Lance can be dispatched, you've come to the right place! These clips were all recorded directly from the PC version of the game.

As you watch, think about the fact that the ESRB gave Brain Dead 13 a K-A (Kids to Adults) rating for its "animated violence." I'm totally serious. Why do I get the feeling that the ESRB never even bothered to take the disc out of the jewel case?

Even though it's all animated, some of these scenes are good at getting me to twitch in very uncomfortable ways. Especially the ones involving violence to eyes. Nasty.

If you've seen my PC playthrough of the game, you probably saw that I included most of these scenes there, too. This standalone "collection," however, has been edited with more care and the picture quality is substantially better.
