This is an arrangement of Ken's theme from Street Fighter II, composed by Yoko Shimomura for Capcom. I have arranged it for native playback on SNES hardware, and the audio was recorded directly from a launch-model SNES console.

I did an arrangement of the bay area theme from Final Fighy not too long ago, and I really enjoyed doing it in the style of blaring 80s synth rock. I wanted to try another song in the same style so that I could mess around with a few new ideas I had, and so I thought, what better song to represent the ridiculous bravado of 1980s American culture through synthesized brass than Ken's theme?

I swear, if it was 1992, walking down the streets of NYC while listening to Ken's theme on a Walkman would've made me feel ready to take on the world. Hope you like my take on this classic track!
