Brainfucking soundproblem
0While I'm playing a gamme (no matter, what game it is) I hear in my speakers a psychedelic soundproblem, that is variable with the system usage.
I know how to reproduce this problem... maybe it's a rare problem... but I can hear it, if I enable the SLI Function from Nvidia.
But it's not nv's fault. The Soundproblem is a result of many reasons.
Here my Computer Rig Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 @ 2,4 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Mobo: ABIT Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI 650i
Sound: Creative Xtreme Fidelity X-Fi Extreme Music
GPU: 2x Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT
Thats it. A friend tells me, that the reason is some bad chips on the Motherboard, that communicates wrong with the second PCI-E Slot, where my second GeForce 9600 GT Card is.
But... The Soundproblem is just on the OS Windows 7 hearable. Not in XP. The Sound is with activated SLI crystal clear! Not in Windows 7. Just like in the Video... Its like a fucking defect E-Guitar played by a punk on a monster extasy trip.
I cant say, what really makes the soundproblems, if SLI is activated on Win 7... If i deactivete SLI, then the sound is clear.
SLI on Windows 7 is completeley problem-free.
I've tested both GF9600GT cards in single mode without the second card. no problems. If I connect the second card and activate SLI... the shit kills my ears...
I dont think, that my good old X-Fi Soundcard is the problem.
