DISCLAIMER: By no means I am taking credit of this, I really want to give credit to the users who shared it in r/bravefrontier subreddit but he/she might get flamed by his/her guildmates.

Quick boss Guardian kill is very units specific and is rather difficult to do so if you're a casual and an unlucky player. There are lots of Top Guild's secrets out there which I am not aware of but the most common approach is to pump up your squad's nuking power.
One way to do so is to use LEs and GR Trophy units. Here's an example of a popular setup

Keres Lead
Ramlethal
Savei
Another Savei
and another Savei

Think you can pull that kind of squad? If so then good, if not then try to take this pointers (Again special thanks to the users who gave ideas for guildraid Guardian kill, if you read this do comment on the vid or ping me in reddit u/hstones). As you can see the squad above covers a lot of buffs and if you take a closer look... a very very close look you'll see that there are THREE SAVEIs... but let's focus first on the Lead Keres. Keres ridiculously pumps Dark elemental units, on top of that he can cast a 2 turn mitigation. Keres' LS also covers Critical and +Elemental Damage. Since we're on the topic of buffs these are the notable offensive ones that you want to prioritize: Crit, followed by EWD, Tristat-converts-specific elem stat+, and Spark as the least. As for support of course Mitigation is there, and as well as BC management like what Ramlethal do in the squad above. Units with Self boost also works effectively but you'd better go off with double/triple BB... best if you go with a unit with Self Boosting and a triple SBB (looks at Savei)

Anyway, those above are secondhand info that I got so I don't want to further discuss anymore as I might make some mistake. Nonetheless I hope that this help you and your guildmates in giving a shot to get in to the top 1.5% (we're trying to do the same in our guild)
