Bravely Default II - Chapter 1+2 JP/EXP Farming - 314 Base JP Per Fight - NO CHAINING!
355This is my follow-up to the original "early-game" JP farming video which focused on a method that you could do very near the beginning. As you develop you should move onto better things from the method I showed in that video. This shows a rare monster you can fight which not only offers good EXP/JP for the part of the game it appears in, but drops good swords that will help you beat it (and other things) much easier.
DISCLAIMER: I am aware of a Chapter 2 method posted which nets over 1000 JP but it is a method which is only available late in that chapter and requires some setting up. Though it's certainly a good alternative to consider, I offer this simpler way.
Unfortunately the Chapter 2 rare monsters, though one is certainly worth fighting for the axes I demonstrate near the end of this video, are too tanky to be an efficient JP farm early-game. If you want to fight those though, this monster will prepare you quite well.
At this stage I can max out a job from scratch in just over 17 minutes average. It'll be more of less pending on the stats of the job. You'll take longer than that starting out. If I'm just farming EXP, with my chosen job I can complete the battle in a single turn. Shortly after making this video I maxed out the Pictomancer job (from Chapter 2) as well and the ability Aub-Job BP Saver lets me fully Brave with Body Slam. Game changer!
