Without Susannah Overtime T (a limited time stigmata), the only way to get this score is by skipping BKE QTE.

With Susannah Overtime T phase 2 is so fast it can get the same score even if BKE QTE is used after HRb QTE.

It is possible to combine both Susannah Overtime T and BKE QTE skip for a very optimal run, but this variant requires Project Bunny ELF because Durandal ELF does not recover SP fast enough. With Project Bunny you can even reset Seele switch in phase 1 to make phase 1 as fast as possible, and the ELF cooldown will be up in time just barely for phase 2 to reset Durandal switch to skip BKE QTE.
