Easy and delicious meal-in-one breakfast dish that combines bread, ham, cheese and eggs.
The original recipe is in a Pillsbury publication (it is also on their website) and they use refrigerated packaged French bread, I used refrigerated pizza dough.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with silicone mat or parchment.

Cut dough into four equal pieces (they will be rectangles likely).

Sprinkle each piece with a pinch of crumbled dried ROSEMARY **** I say thyme in the video, but I actually used ROSEMARY**** and a pinch of crumbled dried basil.
You can change up the spices to your liking of course.

Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of diced cooked ham or some cooked and crumbled bacon in the center of the rectangle.
Add about 1/8 cup shredded cheese (whatever cheese you prefer, I used white cheddar).

Fold edges of dough up about one inch over the filling, making pleats and pinches along the edges and the ends to make a little "canoe".
Make a well in the center of the cheese and ham and then crack one egg into the center.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are done to your liking and the bread crust is browned.

If you are really hungry, you may want to allot two of these per person, but if you serve something else along with it (like fresh fruit salad cups), you will probably be fine with just one per person.
