The sheer amount of the trades that happened today that sent players BACK to their old teams was really weird. It might have been a record amount for one deadline, one day. I also assumed there likely wouldn't be very many trades this year, given how few had happened all season up to today. to my surprise, there were a fair amount.
And you can bet Los Angeles Lakers fans, and especially LeWhine Blames (LeBrick, LeBitch, LeGM, LeBron, LeFraud) are upset, maybe even a bit mad that Rob Pelinka didn't make ANY trades this season, not even at the deadline. The Atlanta Hawks who were supposedly super active the last month or so in talks wound up with nothing to show for it.
