For those with problems making Breaking Glass work here is a step by step process on how to do it quickly and easily with breaking results... ;-)

Edit: To make more shards fly, either change the amount in the script (apparently you have to add a high number to get a proper effect, like at least 20) OR as the script author intended add more map spots, at least on larger panes, maybe six spread out in a grid for a more "real" look. Not to close to the ceiling though or the shards may get stuck.
