This is done 100% legit, only using the game itself and the massively bugged dialogue from the chief. Very interesting, but without there being any triggers active to advance the plot I'm not sure what kind of use this'll end up having. I have only tested it using windia as my save point, and judging from the state of TownShip, location may influence the results of the clip.
