I would say at least be level 40 before going into the final dungeon. the final boss will do spells that target the whole frontline a lot so you will need some hp to live through it. So getting some levels this way works out.

You just need someone with a low level fire spell and a low level wind spell to do this. only the robots exp will boost. They will not get stronger at all. You will also need to heal them so they don't die before you get they're exp up to 65000ish a piece. This will be the fastest way to get your levels up. cause the enemies in the final dungeon will only give 5000 at the highest per battle.
