Get anywhere you get the climb down button - press A and + (menu button) exactly at the same time - then load up any shrine that you save in = this will offset links spawn position in the shrine you just load up depending on the place and direction you were in the overworld.

Note: This is very inconsistent ,we still don't know the exact calculations as to the offset gets calculated but we probably will know very soon.
