Vanuatu Waka Kava.

I used a clean, unlaundered sock instead of a brewing bag.

- Measure three (3) rounded tablespoons and add to clean sock or brewing bag.

- Add approximately 1/3 to 1/2 cup water.

- Knead kava for about five (5) minutes, and squeeze sock / brewing bag to strain out remaining kavalactones.

- Consume right away or bottle and keep in the refrigerator for up to two (2) days.


** Kava should only be consumed by persons 21 years of age or older. Consume responsibly, and do not consume kava for more than three (3) months without a two (2) week tolerance break. **
