It's important to note that you don't actually have to jump unless you're wall jumping. By simply holding down the free run button and running off an edge, you'll automatically jump to the nearest platform. This will help your precision jumping immensely and allow you to simply focus on the route.

This last one is the toughest. Make sure you hit the fence at an angle so you can jump off and land on the platform ahead.
