Tifa continues to lead the expedition up Mt. Nibel today and immediately fails at her job as the bridge breaks and we all fall to our doom. Well we actually survive thanks to the mattress factory. We leave a man behind and journey into the ant farm tunnels that were far too easy to navigate. From there we learn about mako energy and how it is condensed into materia. Sephiroth gives a long lesson and Tifa sums it up at the end. We then head into the Mako Reactor atop the mountain and find Jenova is being held inside. There are several experiment pods with monsters inside - of which Sephiroth say were once human and exposed to large amounts of Mako. Sephiroth takes this as he was created a monster and starts to go all Kylo Ren on the inside of the reactor. The game then goes to a cut scene and 9 minutes later we get very very sad...
