Broken Age is a point n click adventure made by Double Fine Productions and notably Tim Schafer, the visionary behind the excellent Psychonauts, Grim Fandango and Full Throttle. It was one of the first video games to achieve big success via crowd funding with $3.45 million raised in February 2012 via Kickstarter. In January 2014 the part one was released, with part two to follow later. After well over a year of waiting for part 2, which is especially painful given how good act 1 played, it looks like it is finally coming out on April 28th 2015.
