One of the most noticeable "features" in patch 1.71 of War Thunder has to be the rocket Nerf, a lot of players were upset with previous patches as to the effectiveness of rockets in ground forces matches. I certainly agree that rockets were over performing compared to real life accuracy and damage, yet Gaijin did their normal "knee-jerk" reaction and have made almost all rockets impotent (other than the very large ones).

Along with this new "feature" Gaijin also added in "spawn protection" areas in an effort to reduce spawn camping and like the rocket nerf they also messed this up and made it pretty useless. In fact on certain maps it's quite literally non-existent, like the map shown in this video...

I don't regularly "lose it" whilst gaming, but asshats like the one shown in this video deserve all the hate they get in my opinion as they're not out to have fun, but to abuse game play mechanics (what little game mechanics there are in War Thunder) and thus abuse the player base. In case you're wondering I did report SuperVIPNoob at the end of the battle and hopefully the majority of my team did as well, though since I'm banned on the War Thunder forums, Live and shadowbanned on the War Thunder subreddit I won't be able to take this any further. Not that it would make any difference, as if Gaijin did "perma-ban" this asshole, he'd probably be able to buy back his account as is the case for players that use actual "Hacks" in War Thunder (they can buy their account back). Considering this guy is a pay to win scrub, I'd guess he'd probably just throw money at the poor potato developers to get his account unlocked (if he does get banned).
