I recently got interested in Modded Blasphemous, mostly the custom skins, so i decided to give it a try. I originally wanted to do skins for both Blasphemous and Blasphemous 2, but i found Blasphemous 2 skin customization to be a little complicated compared to the first game. The first game has a skin editor so i decided to start there and get a little creative.
For the first skin i wanted to make, i decided to do Brother Asterion from Blasphemous 2. At least the essence of the character. For being the first skin ive made, it turned out pretty good. I liked how i made the sword look similar to how Asterion's sword look and i also colored the parrying effects into the light purple color from there as well.
Just for fun, i decided to edit the theme song into the gameplay video to match. Reminder that i edited the song in and its not part of the mod.
