Here it is, the DLC video of me beating every boss for the first time. Just like the Blasphemous and The Last Faith videos, i had this sitting around until i finished my classes to work on it.

This DLC was an experience to say so myself. Its almost like a whole separate game and it expands and spices up the late-game of Elden Ring by a whole lot. This can serve as something to do in the endgame or even post game to try out the weapons you got during the final areas of the base game.

One thing that surprised me was how short this DLC lasted. My time spent throughout the base game was around a month since i went through every dungeon, cave, catacomb and fought all the bosses to have a more "complete" experience and for the DLC, I spent like two weeks playing through it, going through every cave, dungeon, catacomb and fought all bosses. It was surprising thing since i thought id spend a month playing through it like the base game.

I liked the overall envrionments and visuals, while I like The Lands Between more, The Land of Shadows is good too, but not perfect. One thing i found annoying was the amount of underground areas (not caves) there were which made exploration not that much fun to do compared to base game. Another thing is that the new system it introduces, the Scadutree Fragments, is poorly articulated and doesnt tell you what it increases when you invest into them. Lastly the bosses. The boss roster is smaller than base game, totalling to around 42 bosses and while most were easy pushovers and some annoying, its the remembrance bosses that i felt were lacking. Don't get me wrong, most of them are pretty good (including Gaius), but they dont feel as important compared to the base game remembrance bosses and thats due to the fact that most dont even have cutscenes or something to make you invested into them aside from just item descriptions. The only bosses I felt were important were Messmer and Radahn. It seems like they cut corners on the remembrance when theyre supposed to be the main bosses.

Anyways, If you wonder which are my favorites then: Rellana, Bayle, Midra, Messmer, PCR.
