Hello and welcome to a playthrough video of Bruce Lee for the Sega Master System.
This game was pointed out to me a while back By Guru Larry and so I have finally made a point of taking a look :)

This was not originally created for the Master System and was, in fact, a competition entry on the Website SMS Power, dedicated to homebrew games for the SMS.

Released in 2014 by a very talented coder called Kageesan. Has created a very nice clone of the 8bit version of Bruce Lee, my favourite being the Commodore 64.
For those of you that don't know what this is about, this game has you thrust into the shoes of the Incredible Bruce Lee, who has been tasked, for whatever reason, to collect a number of lanterns in this platformer. Whilst avoiding getting a jab in the ribs by the main bosses henchmen.

I'm not sure if the game is based on anything, and I don't recall any of this in any of the Bruce Lee movies I've seen but it's a fun game to play all the same.

Now, the Master System version does a lot of thing s right, the controls are nice and responsive and the screen seems a lot cleaner compared to the C64 version, in which you can get stuck on random bits of scenery.
The overall look is lovely and is certainly the best looking compared to the originals, the one thing I don't think it improves on is the audio.
For me, the C64 has the best sound effects, whether it's the ambient noises or the sounds the lanterns make are much more satisfying on the humble C64. But overall, I think the SMS version plays and looks the best :)

Hope you enjoyed it and thanks for watching :)
