A few viewers join the ranks of our Xenonauts 2 team just in time for our first Cleaner Data Extraction mission. There's no methodically moving across the map in this kind of time crunch. The goal is to get in, get the data, and get out. But on veteran difficulty things can go sideways in a hurry -- and despite me not making quite so many egregious gameplay errors as the first time around, things still don't go exactly to plan. Including one of our newly named soldiers getting brutally executed. It's fun when the AI has no regard for its own individual survival. I'll have to adapt to that in the future.

Also note that as much as I'd like to play Ironman I no longer do that in Early Access games. But as you'll see very quickly in the first mission, I am definitely going to be playing through whatever hardships the game throws at me -- or the unforced errors I throw at myself.
