Welcome to Xenonauts 2, a sequel full of strategic gameplay and alien dangers around every corner. In this series, set on Veteran Difficulty, we will be fighting back against a force hell bent on taking over the planet -- and one that has already almost succeeded thanks to the help of plenty of humans lining up to be on the winning side. Typical, huh. For story reasons, this episode will start with the opening tutorial before going into our Asia base and our first tactical mission. If you notice a lot of XCOM DNA in this one, that's for very good reason -- it's a spiritual successor to the original XCOM games. Still, the difficulty is unforgiving, and mistakes and good planning can both be equally punished.

Also note that as much as I'd like to play Ironman I no longer do that in Early Access games. But as you'll see very quickly in the first mission, I am definitely going to be playing through whatever hardships the game throws at me -- or the unforced errors I throw at myself.
