Brute Force Breastplate's unique passive was adjusted in the last update.
Let's compare the old and new.
Physical attack and movement speed increased by 1%.
Maximum stack is now 5 which means at max stack you get 20% physical attack.
On the old passive you need to attack an enemy to gain get 1 stack.
Now all you need to do is cast a skill.
You don't even need to hit an enemy with the skill, just use it and you get 1 stack.
Brute Force Breastplate can work with heroes that can cast at least 5 consecutive skills.

So, which physical hero uses a skill before actually attacking?
None other than our hero from Wall Maria.
Using one cable is already one stack.
Auto casting Tornado Strike will not get a stack.
The extra movement speed from a stack also helps Fanny because most Fanny don't use boots.

Let's try to see how much it adds.
Usual build for Fanny is Jungle item, Bloodlust Axe and Meteor Rose Gold.
So that means Brute Force Breastplate is placed on the 4th to 6th slot.
At the 4th slot Fanny has around 400+ physical attack just like this.
