An unfortunate incident occurred at 00:48 hours 4/14, when BS11496 attempted to board 400i class shuttle "HeavenlyAurora" and was subsequently killed by a malfunction involving the bow elevator and the gravity generator. Due to further equipment malfunctions, the body was unable to be recovered.
