Some people playing Black Desert have missing fonts, even if they download the Korean Language Pack and change their Location.... They word there is Location, what needs to be changed is Locale. In this video I show you where to go and how to get all the characters to display properly.

TLDW: In Control Panel Clock, Language, and Region pick Region, don't worry about Location go to Administrative and select "Change system locale..." change that one to Korean... change it back to your Locale when you are done playing. This will require a restart for it to take effect.

If you didn't install the Korean language pack In Control Panel Clock, Language, and Region pick Language Add a language and add Korean.

Hopefully this helps people who've been having the fonts missing even after they thought they followed the procedures. If you have the Korean language pack and did change the correct System Locale, not Location, and you still have issues that may be a deeper issue, however most people with the problem were changing Location and not Locale.
