Budget Friendly Crockpot Meal

For this meal I just set my crockpot on low and let it simmer all day, but if you needed it to cook faster I would suggest setting your crockpot to warm or high :)
We get the chicken sausage at Trader Joes and these are so good! Especially if you don't prefer casing, as these contain no casing. They are $4.29 for 5 sausage links and come in a few different flavors.
The Sweet potatoes are from Target, we find these in the freezer aisle, but you could use any kind of potato that you prefer.
The Seeds of Change rice is from Costco, but you can pick this up at Target or Publix as well.
If you don't have a crockpot this can easily be done on the stove, but you can find a crockpot on a budget. The one in this video we got at Target for under $30!
