Chili Ingredients:

2 jars of chili sauce

2 cans of chili beans

2 cans of kidney beans of your choice
(We used low sodium kidney beans. One can of dark and one can of light)

Your choice of protein.
(We used Amylu cowboy chicken burgers and diced them into bite sized pieces)

Top with your choice of cheese and sour cream, and whatever else you would like :)

The burgers we used are pre cooked, if you are using raw meat I would brown the meat before placing into your crockpot.

1: Place meat into crock pot
2: Drain and add kidney beans
3: Add chili beans and their juice
4: Add chili sauce and stir everything together

Place crockpot on high for an hour, then stir and check to see where everything is at. If it needs more time do 30 minutes at a time :)

Smashed Potatoes:

We used the small red potatoes. Bake however many potatoes you think you need for how many people you are feeding. I baked around 12 or so potatoes and we ended up having quite a few left.

Spray a baking sheet with avocado oil, or whatever oil you prefer.

Put potatoes on baking sheet, then spray the tops of the potatoes.

Mix the potatoes around with your choice of utensil so that all the potatoes have a nice, even coat.

Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper garlic powder, and whatever other seasoning you enjoy :)

Preheat oven to 400 and bake for around 45 minutes and then check your potatoes to see if they are soft enough to smash.
(If you need your potatoes to cook faster I would suggest cooking them at 450)

Smash and add some butter. We used dairy free avocado oil butter

If you make this let us know in the comments how you liked it, and maybe what you added to yours that we didn't :)
