This title is obviously clickbait, as this is an emulator, of course there's always going to be input lag. PCSX2 1.5.0 or a 1.7.0 dev build has fixed the almost half a second long input lag from the 1.4.0 version to lag that is very tiny tho, so it's much smoother like this.

I used Items too, though none increased my attack damage. It was just +Health, +Speed and some bonuses like Halo (Half Ki for B2s) and of course Perfect Guard. Same goes for Kid Boo.
