I used Jeice with Perfect Guard and +19 Speed only against a Level 160 Majin Vegeta.
This was the most difficult battle I've played yet, mostly because with password chars like this, you actually have to be careful and plan ahead. Still, I mashed the hell out of the square button, something I plan on improving in the future. I also went way too far in combos, going into multiple combo strings. It's ok for the first win, but when I plan on getting gud, this ain't it.
