Visiting the Radio Tower to get the radio expansion for the Pokégear and getting a Bluecard, which enables you to win points via Buena's password show. After some trainers we arrive at the National Park where the Bug Catching Contest is. The prizes are Sun Stone (1st place), Everstone (2nd place), Gold Berry (3rd place) and a regular Berry (consolation place). The score of your caught pokémon depends on its current HP when caught, total stats (including 4x its max HP value), its IVs, bonus points for shiny and if it holds an item. This is also the only place and time where you can catch a Scyther or Pinsir. In order to reach the next city we need to have the Goldenrod City gym badge before talking to a girl near the Sudowoodo. After some backtracking you'll get the Squirtbottle and you can fight, catch or run away from the Sudowoodo.
