Very solid gameplay, weird collectibles, lots and lots of cutscenes. Kind of a bad sequel, but fun and engaging. A little up its ass in that it takes itself more seriously than the previous games. I do particularly enjoy that the shoot-dodge mechanic feels like Max is a clumsy old man now. If you dive into something, he kinda just falls all over himself, and it's very entertaining.
