I love when developers optimize their games. Seriously. It lets us run those games well on sub-par hardware, and the more people that are able to play your game, the better.

I somehow leapt over a boulder that was at one point chasing me, and the game didn't reload the assets, so we ended up in this game-assetless limbo where most of the game's finer details were removed, allowing us to explore how the game looked at one point in development! :D Awesome!
