I can't think of anything faster for this level. My aim is to get the gold berry as soon as possible, then clear out the rest of the level with as little backtracking as possible. This level had NO backtracking.

EDIT: You do not need the propeller to get the gold berry. The route will still be the same, but I get rid of the health plant and spring up to the rock to get the gold berry even earlier.
