This obviously had a few mistakes, but these videos are to show the route. I may be able to dip into a side area earlier so I can pick up the 30th grain a bit earlier, but I don't know for sure. Also, try your best not to kill the spider that is next to where you get the gold berry. It is a lot slower to have to get that spider later and get back up the ledge to backtrack than it is to wait for it to respawn, but getting it with a gold berry instead of a blue berry is best.

EDIT: I now take a left into the tunnel right after the first purple coin and grab the two grain there. It's faster than going to the last bunch of three grain near the end.
