We are building a $100k modern house in Minecraft! We typically don't build modern houses, we like the cottage style but I thought it would be fun to see if we could build something new. The challenge was building a modern mansion that we thought was just $100k, I wanted to add tons of water features and different levels but that would have brought the price up a notch and we aren't trying to build a $500k modern minecraft house, we wanted to build a $100k modern Minecraft house lol.
