Building a Farm With Secrets! - Minecraft Alpha
15I had the plan of making a mega farm (multiple plots of varying layers, like the one I made in this video). However, it turns out that this idea is nearly impossible to do in the Alpha version. Not only is it slow to gather seeds, but you trample farmland very easily. So instead, I focused my attention on building a greenhouse and a fishing shack. These should be enough to provide me with infinite food.
I was also planning on building a windmill, sugarcane farm, and a pumpkin patch. But we ran out of materials, and this video was already getting very long.
Also, after spending nearly 20 hours in this world, I got some big plans and I want to turn this into a forever world! But I will release a video where I talk about that idea tomorrow.
