Building an Armored Car to SURVIVE Gym Class (Main Assembly Gameplay)

Hello everyone, welcome back to another Main Assembly video! In this video I continue with the challenges built into the game and get tasked with building vehicles that are capable of surviving arenas full of obstacles that are constantly trying to wreck you! I set out to build a vehicle with a low profile and lots of armor to ensure that it doesn't get easily destroyed by the supersonic dodgeballs and other hazards inside the arena. I very shortly found out that no matter how much armor you put on your vehicle or robot, it will ultimately get pummeled by dodgeballs, get pushed off a platform, or get flung across the map by the centrifuge. All in all it was fun building yet another vehicle in this game and putting it to the test. The other challenge was not using drive motors so I had to create a separate mechanism for steering and use regular motors for driving. That vehicle was slightly less complex in the armor aspect, but it was certainly more complex in the sense that I had to build more functional components myself. Absolutely loving this game and I hope you guys are enjoying the videos! Unfortunately the Main Assembly Open Beta has now closed but I have a couple more videos recorded so stay tuned for that!
