🟒 The focus should be on user needs instead of technical feasibility. The user in this case is the teacher who is burnt out due to the workload.
🟒 Start by validating the desirability of the product. There are frameworks like Jobs to be Done that can help define the problem users are facing.
🟒 Think about the business model early on. How will the product make money? Independent schools might be a good target customer initially because they have the budget for this kind of product.
🟒 Build trust with the users. This is especially important in education where there might be concerns about bias and data security. Transparency and clear communication are key.
🟒 Focus on early adopters. Get the product in the hands of teachers who are enthusiastic and get their feedback to iterate and improve.
