π’ The focus should be on user needs instead of technical feasibility. The user in this case is the teacher who is burnt out due to the workload.
π’ Start by validating the desirability of the product. There are frameworks like Jobs to be Done that can help define the problem users are facing.
π’ Think about the business model early on. How will the product make money? Independent schools might be a good target customer initially because they have the budget for this kind of product.
π’ Build trust with the users. This is especially important in education where there might be concerns about bias and data security. Transparency and clear communication are key.
π’ Focus on early adopters. Get the product in the hands of teachers who are enthusiastic and get their feedback to iterate and improve.
